Self care.

I was thinking the other day about how I am not doing any self care lately, ever since the baby was born. It dawned on me- if I don’t practice my own self care, how ever will my child learn to? Isn’t that funny, that I should be inspired to massage oil into my skin only after thinking of the impact it will have on my daughter.
