About the event

The  Mother's Day Rage + Dip invites self-identifying mothers to express the  full range of normal (and otherwise suppressed) emotions through a  guided scream, followed by an aftercare ocean dip at high-tide. Primal  screaming and cold water plunging offers free, immediate and effective  mental, physical and emotional benefits. Make primal connection and  endorphin release important to you on Mother's Day- It'll be the best  gift to give and receive.

Email Momologues907@gmail.com for the speak easy location and additional details for the gathering.

An option for childcare will be available.

This is  an on-going artistic inquiry among self-identifying mothers who seek to  normalize their full mothering experience, initiated by  multidisciplinary artist Brianna Allen. Allen is not a healthcare  professional. Expressing your feelings is healthy, and builds resilience  for ourselves, our children and the wider systems which inform our  culture.
